Job Description
Handling phone calls, mails and correspondents in a timely manner that a response is given within 24 hours max.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements .
Following up on any booking of hotels or travel activities and making sure we have the best rates/services.
Writing formal letter in Arabic/English
Responsible of the ambiance and image of the office and meeting rooms(ex: Furniture , smell ,general cleanness and Accessories………….etc)
Maintaining adequate inventory of the office supplies.
Responsible of the confidentiality of all documents, correspondents and information in general.
Set up and maintain accurate filing systems.
Job Requirements
Females only
Bachelor degree
Fluent in English is a must and French language is a plus
Presentable
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Typing speed
