Job Description
Electro-mechanical engineer, whose expertise lies in the integration of electrical and mechanical systems. has skills in designing, building, and maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems that are used in various buildings.
- Participate in the conception and design for the projects.
- Prepare mechanical maintenance plans for the machines/utilities such as firefighting pump room, doors, reach trucks, and follow up on implementing the plan with the maintenance team.
- Take all necessary actions to avoid machine/utility damage and to reduce machine time out.
- Create a quick plan to fix any sudden malfunction in the machine/utility and make sure that the damage will not be repeated.
- Prepare all the necessary spare parts for the machine.
- Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
- Managing stocks of spare parts and equipment.
- Order required spare parts for the machine/ utility.
- Follow up on Draftsman work in case of manufacturing a new part in the machine/utility.
- Install any part in the machine/utility and supervise the technicians to follow the right way of installing the required part.
- Make sure that the quality of machine/utility, equipment, or plant maintenance operations, including those carried out by third parties, is in line with reference standards.
- Assure that the maintenance plan and maintenance expenses are within the approved budget.
- Complying with safety regulations.
- Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electromechanical problems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Fabricate and assemble electromechanical components.
- Use hand tools and power tools.
- Work with a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and electronics.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electromechanical Site Engineer, preferably within a consultancy setting.
- Proven experience in various electromechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm, and electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
